  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

• Process for Returns:

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds will not be provided for items found to be used, damaged (due to customer mishandling), or missing components.

• Refund Method:

3. Order Cancellations

• After Dispatch:

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
